Job summary

Comstock is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our luxury high-rise community in Ashburn, VA. You will guide residents from initial contact to welcome home, delivering exceptional service and seamless leasing experiences.

You will market the community online and offline, coordinate promotions to drive traffic, and maintain accurate leasing records. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a customer-focused mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred) with business-related focus is desirable.
• 1 year of leasing experience in multi-family property management preferred.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to close.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging customer service, showcasing the benefits of the community.
• Oversee the entire leasing process from lead generation to tenant occupancy.
• Prepare leasing paperwork and maintain accurate weekly/monthly reports.
• Creatively market the community online, via social media and local channels.
• Coordinate promotions to increase traffic and maintain high occupancy rates.
• Manage and refresh our social media presence to engage current and prospective tenants.
• Perform administrative duties to support the leasing process and other tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging customer service, showcasing the benefits of our community.

Qualifications

• 1 year of leasing experience in multi-family property management environment preferred
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure.
• Experience with Yardi is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• A strong focus on customer service and results.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and establish good working relationships.
• Capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-directed and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

The wage range listed for this position reflects a reasonable estimate and considers multiple factors that influence compensation decisions. These may include, but are not limited to, your skills, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and the specific needs of the organization. The posted range does not reflect adjustments for geographic differentials tied to where the role may be filled.

At Comstock, it is not typical for a new hire to start at or near the top of the posted range. Compensation is determined based on the unique circumstances of each candidate.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. Any award under this program is subject to its rules and may depend on individual and organization performance.
