Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a multifamily property. You will show units, tour prospects, sign leases, and complete all related paperwork while maintaining strong data and customer service standards.

The role requires on-site presence, daily engagement with residents, and the ability to handle administrative tasks and market analysis as part of a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Must understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign leases.
• Conduct all leasing activities: appointments, lead generation, tours, model unit maintenance, and follow-ups.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in; assist with lease audits and turn processes.
• Maintain accurate traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing efforts to increase property traffic and leasing performance.
• Provide excellent customer service and address resident concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in resident retention programs and community events.
• Participate in market surveys and keep knowledge of property and competitive conditions.
