Olympus Property is seeking a Leasing Consultant for The Heights at McArthur Park in Fayetteville, NC. You will show and lease apartment homes, explain unit options, and provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.

The role requires at least 1 year in leasing or a related fast-paced sales/customer-facing role, with full-time hours Mon–Fri 9–6, plus Saturdays and occasional after-hours events. Olympus offers benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an apartment Leasing Consultant or in a fast-paced sales/restaurant/retail/hospitality customer-facing role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to greet visitors warmly and close leases.

Responsabilités

• Show and lease apartment homes to prospective residents.
• Explain details of unit options and variations.
• Provide exemplary customer service to residents and prospects.
• Greet visitors in a warm, courteous, professional manner.
• Maintain knowledge of the property and marketing strategies.
• Process lease paperwork and manage move-in keys.
• Enter data into internal resident database.
• Assist with resident events and respond to requests.
