The role requires a minimum of 1 year in leasing or a fast-paced sales environment, and bilingual Spanish is required. Weekend availability is expected, with growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in leasing or fast-paced sales roles.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Full-time with rotating weekday hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartment homes to prospective residents.
• Explain details of unit options and variations.
• Provide exemplary customer service to residents and prospects.
• Greet visitors in a warm, professional manner and maintain property knowledge.
• Close the sale and prepare lease paperwork for move-in.
• Enter resident information into the internal database and support events.
