Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant in West Palm Beach, FL to oversee leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. You will greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and secure lease signings while maintaining accurate leasing records and supporting marketing plans.

The role emphasizes on-site presence, superb customer service, and adherence to fair housing practices, OSHA safety standards, and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct tours, generate leads, and follow up to close leases.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in and assist with audits, unit turns, and data entry.
• Maintain accurate traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing efforts to increase traffic and achieve leasing goals.
• Handle resident relations and respond to concerns to maintain satisfaction.
