Job summary

Harmoniq Residential is seeking a customer-focused Leasing Agent for a premier Milwaukee-area community. You will guide prospects through the leasing journey, conduct tours, respond to inquiries, and maintain resident records to support occupancy and retention.

Ideal candidates bring customer service or leasing experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This on-site role offers competitive pay and opportunities for commissions/bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service, sales or leasing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property software platforms.
• Ability to work Tuesday–Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Serve as welcoming, knowledgeable resource for prospective and current residents.
• Conduct apartment tours and showcase community amenities.
• Respond promptly to phone, email, and online inquiries.
• Manage leasing process from initial contact through move-in.
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident records in property mgmt software.
• Assist with resident retention and lease renewals.
• Support marketing and outreach to drive occupancy.
• Partner with the team to ensure an exceptional resident experience.
• Maintain a professional leasing office environment.
