IMT Residential is hiring a Leasing Consultant for IMT Desert Palm Village, a 512-unit community in Tempe, AZ. You will guide prospective residents from inquiry to move-in and continue relationships to meet their needs in a welcoming home environment.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience; apartment leasing experience is a plus.
• Ability to connect with a variety of people.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Motivation to meet or exceed goals and earn incentives.
• Ability to work in high-volume, sometimes stressful environments.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• College education helpful.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Active and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lease available apartments.
• Assist residents and provide outstanding customer service.
• Build lasting relationships with residents.
• Renew existing leases.
• Stay abreast of Fair Housing laws and regulations.
• Ensure property site conditions are impeccable.
• Conduct market research and assist with outreach marketing and resident events.
• Support community manager with additional projects and duties.
