IMT Residential's leasing team at IMT Hyland Hills in Westminster seeks a Leasing Consultant to guide prospective residents through the process from inquiry to move-in, and to maintain relationships post‑move-in.

The role emphasizes customer service, relationship building, and knowledge of leasing procedures, with training, incentives, and opportunities for advancement. Weekend availability and a valid driver license are required.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience; apartment leasing experience is a plus
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Motivation to meet or exceed goals and earn incentives based on performance
• Ability to work in high volume or stressful environments
• Availability to work weekends and hold a valid driver license

Responsibilities

• Lease available apartments
• Assist residents and provide outstanding customer service
• Build lasting relationships with residents
• Renew existing leases
• Stay abreast of Fair Housing laws and regulations
• Ensure property site conditions are impeccable
• Conduct market research and assist with marketing and events
• Use MRI software to enter information and pull reports
• Additional projects and duties as assigned by the Community Manager
