IMT Residential in Boynton Beach, FL is seeking a Leasing Consultant for IMT Gulfstream, a 456-unit community. You will guide prospective residents from inquiry to move-in, maintain strong resident relationships, and support leasing efforts with strong customer service.

You will lease available apartments, renew leases, and stay compliant with Fair Housing laws while collaborating with the Community Manager and team. Weekend availability and a valid driver license are required.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience; apartment leasing experience is a plus.
• Ability to connect with a variety of people.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Availability to work weekends and a valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Lease available apartments to prospective residents.
• Assist residents and provide outstanding customer service.
• Build lasting relationships with residents.
• Renew existing leases and ensure tenant satisfaction.
• Stay informed on Fair Housing laws and regulations.
• Maintain property site conditions and curb appeal.
• Support marketing, resident functions and promotional programs.
• Use MRI software to enter data and pull reports.
• Handle additional duties assigned by the Community Manager.
