Job summary

Legacy Partners in Milpitas, CA is seeking a on-site, full-time Leasing & Marketing Associate to support leasing, pre-leasing and resident relations for multifamily communities. You will greet prospective residents, conduct tours, explain lease terms, and guide applicants through the leasing process.

You will also assist with marketing efforts, stay informed about local amenities, and help maintain a positive online reputation while coordinating move-ins and responding to resident needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or property management preferred.
• Strong customer-service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate move-ins and respond to resident needs.

Responsibilities

• Leasing & Tours – Greet prospects, provide property tours, explain lease terms and guide applicants through the leasing process.
• Marketing & Outreach – Support marketing efforts, stay informed on local amenities and maintain online reputation.
• Resident Relations – Deliver excellent customer service and resolve resident concerns, assist with move-ins and events.
• Administrative Support – Process applications, collect deposits, maintain lease files and handle daily communications.
• Property Upkeep – Inspect units and community areas, report maintenance or safety issues.
• Team Collaboration – Work with team to meet leasing goals and support daily operations.
