Job summary

Olen Living, based in Boynton Beach, Florida, is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to support our multi-family community. The role requires 2–3 years of residential leasing experience, organizational ability, and a customer-centric approach in a fast-paced, in-office environment.

Under the Property Manager, you will conduct tours, process applications, and help drive high occupancy while delivering quality service to residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of residential leasing experience required.
• Must be well versed with all Fair Housing laws.
• Working knowledge of Office 365 including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint.
• Experience working with property management software is a plus and willingness and capability to learn new software.
• Good customer service skills, communication skills, and sales ability.
• Team player attitude, enthusiasm, and motivation.
• Able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conducts tours of models, vacant apartments, property, and property amenities.
• Utilizes resident, prospect and revenue management software systems for leasing activity such as inquiries, appointments, prospect follow up, quotes, rental agreements, and renewals.
• Maintains closing ratio based upon the needs of the community.
• Processes rental applications in a timely manner for review and final approval of the Property Manager.
• Follows through and assumes accountability for overall move-in program.
• Assists in initiating and closing out service requests.
• Conducts market surveys of comparable properties.
• Assists with outreach marketing program.
• Helps plan, schedule, organize and participate in resident functions.
