Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of residential leasing experience.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws essential.
• Experience with property management software a plus.
• Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours of models, vacant apartments, and property amenities.
• Process rental applications and renewals for approval by Property Manager.
• Maintain closing ratio and coordinate move-ins.
• Assist with outreach marketing and resident functions.
• Support in handling service requests and market surveys.
