Responsibilities include processing applications, maintaining accurate apartment information, and assisting in renewal efforts, with opportunities to contribute to community satisfaction and business goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Customer service or property management experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of all available apartments.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of surrounding market and complete required reports.
• Maintain leasing and model areas in a professional, clean condition at all times.
• Accurately process rental applications and lease packages.
• Greet and assist all prospective residents.
• Demonstrate all models, amenities, and vacant apartments.
• Assist in renewal and retention programs to develop resident loyalty.
• Assist Manager with rent collection as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
