Envolve Client Services Group in Maryland is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Pleasant Homes Apartments. You will coordinate day-to-day leasing operations, greet prospective residents, and process applications and lease paperwork.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma, strong organizational skills, and experience with HUD and Yardi. Competitive pay, health benefits, 401(k), and generous time off are provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service or previous property management experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
• Experience with HUD programs and property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of all available apartments and market conditions.
• Process rental applications and lease packages accurately.
• Greet and assist prospective residents and demonstrate model units.
• Prepare weekly reports and maintain leasing and model areas.
• Support renewal and retention programs and assist with rent collection as needed.
