Drucker and Falk, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant for VALE LAKE WYLIE in Clover, SC to handle resident inquiries, show apartments, and guide move-ins. You will maintain accurate files and support office staff.

Weekend hours may be required. Growth potential and benefits including paid leave, health and retirement options are offered; travel may be required and you will help with renewals and market surveys.

Responsabilidades

• Lease apartments at the highest effective rent level while maintaining service.
• Maintain a courteous and helpful attitude at all times.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and courteously and help resolve issues.
• Explain policies to residents and potential residents.
• Complete lease documents accurately and timely.
• Maintain resident files according to policy.
• Enter resident data per company policy.
• Assist in developing a renewal program to improve retention.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in for market readiness.
• Assist in leasing activities and resident relations.
• Be aware of rent levels and amenities of competitors.
• Be aware of community facts and statistics.
• Assist in preparing a competitive market survey.
• Greet new residents and assist with move-in.
• Show model and available vacancies.
• Coordinate community events.
• Become certified as a Leasing Specialist through in-house training.
• Travel may be required; vehicle use may be required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Occasional weekend hours may be required.
