Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and maintain positive resident relations at a property. The role requires regular on-site presence and the ability to greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases for prospective residents.

Responsibilities include handling leasing paperwork, following up on leads, maintaining occupancy targets, and supporting marketing plans. Strong communication, customer service, and knowledge of on-site software are needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required for on-site software tasks.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct leasing activities and complete necessary paperwork before move-in.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in implementing annual marketing and resident retention initiatives.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold community policies.
