Job summary

Olympus Auburn Lakes in Spring, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant to greet visitors, show and lease apartments, and provide exceptional service to residents and prospects. You will manage lease paperwork, coordinate move-ins, and support resident events while achieving sales goals.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in leasing or related customer-facing sales in a fast-paced environment, with full-time weekday hours and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an apartment Leasing Consultant or in a fast-paced sales/customer-facing role such as restaurant/retail/hospitality.
• Full-time role with rotating weekday hours, Monday–Friday 9 AM–6 PM; weekends required.
• Initial pay range shown: $17–$18 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartment homes to prospective residents
• Explain details of unit options and variations
• Provide exemplary customer service to current and prospective residents
• Greet visitors warmly and professionally
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the property
• Close the sale of new apartment homes
• Prepare lease paperwork and move-in steps
• Enter resident information into internal database
• Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic
• Respond to resident requests and resolve concerns
• Plan and participate in resident events and activities
• Visit locators and local businesses to promote the property
