Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Ascend at Gateway in Denver, CO to drive traffic, qualify residents, lease apartments, and coordinate move-ins. You will maintain confidential files, perform weekly leasing reports, and support management with clerical tasks.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of residential leasing or sales experience, excellent customer service, and proficiency with Yardi Voyager and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Qualify prospective residents and lease apartments.
• Prepare lease documents and move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate traffic and leasing reports.
• Follow up with prospective residents via phone, mail, or email.
• Coordinate with maintenance for move-ins.
