TriBridge Residentialis actively seeking a Leasing Consultant for our Cooper River Farms property in Charleston, SC. The role focuses on sales, customer service, and marketing to maintain high occupancy and showcase our multifamily community.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, showing apartments, processing applications and deposits, and ensuring leases are renewed on time. The position requires an energetic, professional, and team‑oriented attitude with weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Knowledge of all lease-related documents and ability to accurately complete the documents in a timely manner
• Strong customer service/satisfaction philosophy
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Leasing apartments: handle inquiries, greet prospects, show units, take applications and deposits
• Verify information and follow up with prospects
• Maintain high occupancy by selling and demonstrating value of the community
• Greet prospects, qualify needs, and present community and apartments
• Inspect models and vacants daily to ensure cleanliness
• Update social media, assist in advertising campaigns and newsletters
• Develop online presence and create engaging content for the community
• Schedule includes Saturdays and some evenings, hours may vary
