Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience (2+ people).
• 2-3 years in property management maintenance or related field.
• HVAC certification required.
• Own necessary tools and equipment for maintenance work.

Responsibilities

• Communicate company standards and expectations to service associates.
• Inform on policy changes and guide implementation.
• Set on-call schedules for maintenance staff with consideration of holidays and vacations.
• Keep Community Manager updated on status of maintenance issues and propose solutions.
• Maintain inventory of shop tools and supplies.
• Schedule, inspect and approve all contract work per policy.
• Ensure contractor insurance aligns with policy and bid processes.
• Assist in development, training and leadership for maintenance staff.
