Job summary

Olympus Property in Phoenix is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the face of the property, showing and leasing apartments, and delivering exceptional customer service to residents and guests.

You'll welcome visitors, explain unit options, close sales, prepare lease paperwork, and coordinate resident events. This full-time role requires 1 year of sales or hospitality experience and offers monthly commissions and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an apartment Leasing Consultant or in a fast-paced sales/customer-facing role
• Full-time with rotating weekday hours; Monday - Friday; 9 AM – 6 PM (hours may vary)
• Ability to plan,facilitate and participate in resident events and activities

Responsibilities

• Showing and leasing apartment homes to prospective residents
• Explaining details of the different apartment unit options and variations
• Providing exemplary customer service to residents and prospects
• Greet visitors in a warm, courteous, professional manner
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the property
• Close the sale of new apartment homes to prospective residents
• Prepare lease paperwork and obtain move-in keys
• Enter information into internal resident database
• Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic
• Respond to resident requests and help resolve concerns
• Know the property’s product and amenities
• Plan, facilitate and participate in resident functions and events
• Visit locators and local businesses to promote the property
