Job summary

Asset Living, a national real estate management firm, is seeking a Leasing Consultant for a property in the United States. You will handle leasing, showings, tours, and lease signings while maintaining model units and lead generation.

Regular onsite work supports resident relations and marketing outreach. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Property Leasing and Administration
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
• Effectively show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conducts all leasing functions to close the sale, including generating leads, tours, and follow-up.
• Completes all leasing paperwork before move-in
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data and respond to leads within 24 hours
• Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic and achieve leasing goals
• Deal with resident complaints and assist in retention programs
• Contribute to upkeep of office and model units
• Review market surveys to inform plans and pricing.
