Job Details
Type: Full Time
Location: Norristown, Plymouth Meeting, PA
Minimum Experience: Two years sales and/or customer service experience required; apartment leasing experience is a plus. High School Diploma or GED required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact to residents and prospective residents calling or visiting the community.
- Identify needs of prospective residents and assist them in finding their perfect new apartment home.
- Manage prospective leads and follow up in a timely manner in lead management system.
- Offer virtual, self-guided, in-person, or video tours of apartment homes.
- Process applications in accordance with company policy and Fair Housing guidelines.
- Prepare lease paperwork and manage the resident move-in process.
- Prepare community daily for showings and ensure a clean tour path.
- Open, close, and maintain the model and show units.
- Assist Community Manager with market survey information and social media strategy.
- Build resident relations and assist in planning resident events.
- Plan and execute marketing and outreach activities.
- Ensure compliance with all Fair Housing laws.
