Lyon Living is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to support Pacific Pointe and float acrossOrange County, CA communities. You will deliver outstanding customer service, conduct property tours, and drive leasing activity to meet occupancy targets in a dynamic, team-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have 6 months to 1 year in customer service or sales, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifikationen

• 6 months to 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Retail, hospitality, or F&B background is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Promotes positive and welcoming interactions aligned with Lyon Living.
• Conducts community tours for prospective residents.
• Generates leads and leases apartments to meet occupancy goals.
• Qualifies applicants by verifying documents and paperwork.
• Collects deposits and application fees.

• Creates team and resident experiences and supports vendors and staff.
