Daily tasks include CRM lead management, scheduling tours, showing apartments, and encouraging online applications. The role demands energy, reliability, and the ability to work weekends, with strong incentives and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Customer Service/Hospitality preferred.
• 1+ year sales and customer service experience.
• Previous leasing experience within multifamily property management a plus.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
• Fair Housing compliance and Brookfield leasing policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unmatched service to prospects and residents to exceed expectations and nurture satisfaction.
• Guide prospects through the leasing experience to make renting easy.
• Schedule tours and show apartments.
• Maintain and manage leads in the CRM and follow up after each tour to convert inquiries into applications.
