Allegro on Bell Apartments in Nashville, TN, is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant to join Pedcor Homes. If you love connecting with people, closing deals, and helping someone find their next home, this role could be for you.

You’ll tour the community, build relationships, guide applicants through the leasing process, prepare move-in paperwork, and support marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of apartment leasing experience, strong communication, and a can-do attitude,

Competenze

• At least 3 years of apartment leasing experience.
• Proven track record in sales, customer service, hospitality, or relationship building.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently while contributing to a team.
• Weekend availability.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Positive attitude and a 'can-do' approach to challenges.
• Desire to learn, grow, and develop professionally.
