Job summary

Red Tail Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team at Murrayhill Park, Beaverton, OR. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional resident experiences through tours, leasing, and coordination with property operations.

You'll show apartments, process applications, maintain accurate leasing data, and support move-ins and move-outs while providing outstanding customer service and adhering to Fair Housing standards. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and write English fluently.
• Strong customer service and sales orientation.
• Experience in leasing or property management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors.
• Show apartments, lease units, and assist with resident move-ins.
• Update unit availability daily and maintain accurate leasing information.
• Process rental applications in accordance with company procedures.
• Submit and track maintenance requests for residents.
• Receive and record collections following company standards.
• Maintain complete and accurate resident files and documentation.
• Manage move-in calendars and ensure units meet move-in standards.
