PLK Communities in Park Hills, KY is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to welcome prospects, showcase the community, and drive leasing activity. You will blend sales, customer service, and marketing to create a welcoming environment for residents and applicants.

The role emphasizes presenting features, securing leases, following up with prospects, and contributing to marketing efforts while staying informed about local market conditions.

Competenze

• Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of local market conditions and marketing techniques.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and leasing software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
