Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Customer Service or Previous Property Management experience preferred.
• Must be available to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of all available apartments and market conditions.
• Complete rental applications and lease packages accurately.
• Greet and assist prospective residents.
• Demonstrate models, amenities, and vacant units.
• Support renewal/retention programs and rent collection as needed.
• Prepare weekly traffic and activity reports.
