Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Austin, TX to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a multifamily property. The role requires onsite presence and the ability to greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases with prospective residents.

You will handle leasing paperwork, conduct property tours, and maintain leasing data while meeting or exceeding leasing goals through established sales strategies. OA/OSHA knowledge and Fair Housing compliance are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations for the property.
• Attend on-site regularly and greet,qualify, tour and sign leases with prospective residents.
• Complete leasing paperwork prior to move-in and conduct all necessary follow-up.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Utilize sales strategies to increase traffic and achieve leasing goals.
• Handle resident complaints and assist in retention programs.
• Support in marketing planning and market surveys to inform strategy.
