Lindy Communities is seeking a Resident Services professional in the Philadelphia area to lease apartments, support resident services, and assist with customer-facing tasks. The role includes marketing support, processing applications, and coordinating move-ins and move-outs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; residential property management coursework desirable.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Must have a vehicle.
• Real Estate license required within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments to prospective residents and handle phone inquiries.
• Assist in marketing campaigns and campaigns performance.
• Process rental applications and prepare lease forms/reports.
• Enter work orders and conduct move-in/out procedures.
• Support resident services and customer account tasks.
• Work weekends on a rotating schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Community Director.
