Mills Properties in Missouri seeks a high-energy sales professional to welcome prospective residents, match needs with the ideal apartment, and build lasting relationships for exceptional resident experiences.

You will own the leasing and renewal processes, apply creative marketing strategies, coordinate move-ins, and maintain accurate resident files. Pay starts at $20/hr and grows with experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum two years’ experience in sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Strong negotiating, interpersonal, written, and compelling verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the leasing process from introduction to move-in, including showings and lease documentation.
• Own the renewal process from move-in through renewal with proactive communications.
• Utilize marketing and social media strategies to increase property traffic and close rates.
• Inspect units for market readiness and coordinate issue resolution with relevant teams.
• Maintain accurate resident files, applications, deposits, and rent payments.
