This role splits work across Brentwood Place and Oaks on Bonhomme, with pay between $20.00 and $22.74 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• College degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• NALP certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the leasing process from introduction to move-in.
• Own the renewal process from move-in through renewal.
• Utilize creative marketing and social media strategies to increase qualified property traffic and improve closing ratios.
• Inspect units for market readiness prior to showings and move-ins; resolve issues with the appropriate parties.
• Maintain accurate and in-depth knowledge of the property and local competitors.
