Job summary

The role requires strong communication and presentation skills, experience in property management or sales, and proficiency with Entrata, Yardi, or OneSite. Weekend availability is required; site operations vary by location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills.
• Proficiency in property management software such as Entrata, Yardi, or OneSite.

Responsibilities

• Leads all sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Tours property, screens applicants, processes applications, drafts leases, and coordinates move-ins.
• Designs marketing activities and drives traffic to the property.
