Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract tenants, present and tour properties, screen applicants, and negotiate leases. You will work closely with the Property Manager to achieve leasing goals while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining property standards.

Responsibilities include marketing efforts, responding to inquiries, preparing lease paperwork, and ensuring a smooth move-in process.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Knowledge of property management software such as Onesite, Yardi, RealPage, Knock, RentCafe, ResMan.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants and provide information about available properties.
• Conduct property tours and respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and email.
• Screen applicants and negotiate lease terms to maximize occupancy.
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist residents with move-in.
• Coordinate with Property Manager to maintain property standards.
• Promote properties through events, outreach, and online channels.
• Maintain accurate records and generate weekly/monthly reports.
• Uphold fair housing regulations and company policies.
