Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in leasing or sales is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and communicate effectively.
• Fair Housing knowledge required.
• HUD/LIHTC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shows and leases apartments to prospective residents.
• Assists applicants with rental applications and deposits.
• Maintains model and target apartments and curb appeal.
• Keeps files, reports, and required forms up to date.
• Coordinates with apartment locator services and local businesses for materials.
• Provides excellent resident service and handles requests professionally.
