• Following up via calls, texts, and emails.
• Creating and managing social media and marketing to drive traffic.
• Understanding the local rental market, competitors and industry trends.
• Using Entrata to manage leads, leases, and maintenance tickets.
• Using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Being creative, having fun, and supporting your team.
