Job summary

Marquette Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant for our Romeoville, IL property. The role involves generating traffic, touring prospective residents, and closing leases with superior customer service.

Weekend availability is required, and a strong compensation package includes commissions and benefits. Starting wage ranges from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, based on experience. We offer 401K with match, medical/dental/vision coverage, STD, life insurance, PTO, paid holidays,

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or leasing, with a focus on closing deals.
• Ability to create and implement a marketing plan to drive traffic.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience generating traffic to property listings or communities.
• Tax credit experience is a plus.
