Brookfield Properties Multifamily LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to welcome prospects, guide them through the leasing process, and drive occupancy at our Chandler, AZ community. You will manage leads, schedule tours, show apartments, and encourage online applications to convert interest into leases.

The role emphasizes high-energy customer service, sales excellence, and staying compliant with housing laws.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., property management, hospitality, retail).
• Previous leasing experience in multifamily properties is a plus.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws and Fair Housing compliance.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as communities are busiest on weekends.
• Proficient with Yardi and general CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unmatched service to prospects and residents and guide them through the leasing experience.
• Manage leads in the CRM, schedule tours, and demonstrate apartments to prospects.
• Prepare and send leases, collect required information, and coordinate move-ins.
• Maintain knowledge of apartments, amenities, and local promotions to inform prospects.
• Collaborate with onsite team to meet occupancy goals and uphold property standards.
