Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to greet prospective residents, tour properties, and guide them through the leasing journey from inquiry to move-in. You’ll build relationships, hit leasing goals, and support renewals in a fast-paced, people-focused setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Previous property management leasing or sales experience is required.
• Strong sales instincts and ability to close leases.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents in finding the right apartment.
• Lead tours of available units with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Build trust and rapport with current residents to foster community.
• Collaborate with team to meet leasing goals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Assist residents with lease renewals and move-in processes.
