Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous property management experience and sales understanding.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and assist future residents in finding the right apartment.
• Tour apartments with enthusiasm.
• Build trust with current residents to create a welcoming community.
