Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant to welcome prospective residents and guide them to their new home. You’ll greet visitors, conduct tours, answer questions, and help with the move-in process.

Ideal candidates are outgoing with strong communication and customer-service skills, able to meet leasing goals while delivering excellent service. A HS diploma or GED is required; property management experience is a plus. This is a full-time role with competitive pay and benefits.

• Previous property management or leasing experience required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities
