The role requires showing units, processing applications, and meeting leasing goals through effective outreach and timely follow-up. Strong customer service, communication skills, and basic computer skills are essential; on-site software experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software proficiency.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents.
• Maintain positive resident relations.
• Process leasing paperwork before move-in.
• Assist in marketing and outreach campaigns.
• Respond to leads within 24 hours.
