Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant for the Overture Dr. Phillips community in Orlando to drive occupancy and revenue through proactive sales, showings, and exceptional customer service.

You will guide prospective residents from inquiry to move-in, coordinate tours, process applications, and support renewal efforts, while partnering with local teams on marketing and outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-3 years minimum of relevant experience in sales, marketing, internet and customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to understand and explain apartment features.
• Mathematical skills necessary to process sales conversions.
• Ability to generate sales leads, conduct presentations, qualify prospects, and close.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Collaborate with leadership on market conditions and marketing plans.
• Design and execute marketing activities and events to drive traffic.
• Use on-site management software to track availability and data.
• Ensure show units meet quality standards and are show-ready.
• Follow up with prospects and residents within 24 hours to drive lease decisions.
• Support lease renewal processes and communicate with renewing residents.
• Address resident and owner questions promptly and document requests.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional interactions with residents.
• Attend community and networking events to generate leads and referrals.
• Complete reports and assist with various administrative tasks.
• Assist Lifestyle Coordinator with events as required.
