Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies at our Orlando community, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction. You will conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare leases, and ensure smooth move-ins and lease signings, while collaborating with maintenance and onsite teams.

This role requires a valid driver's license for on-site golf-cart operations, and offers weekly

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and resident relations.
• Ability to coordinate marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate on-property golf cart.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours and showing apartments, processing applications, credit screening, and background checks, preparing the lease and move-in package, and ensuring a smooth move-in and lease signing.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and ensures move-in readiness, coordinating with maintenance to address outstanding items.
• Stays informed about market conditions and competitors; develops short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follows policies related to concessions and programs to boost occupancy.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic to the community (Craigslist, Facebook, email, etc.) and follows marketing plans, drives, and programs.
• Uses on-site property management software to track availability, leasing activities, data, and demographics of residents.
• Ensures show units meet company standards by inspecting marketing corridors and leasing tours, communicating maintenance needs, merchandising, and preparing the leasing office.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction via email, thank-you notes, calls, or other contacts to finalize lease decisions or renewals.
• Executes lease renewal activities including preparing renewal letters, meeting renewing residents, and ensuring timely signing.
