Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Sage at Franklin Park in Austin. The role blends customer service with property leasing, requiring engaging prospects by phone, in person, and online, presenting homes, and following up to convert leads into leases.

You will document interactions in PMS software, guide applicants through the process, and support marketing and outreach efforts to meet occupancy goals. A professional appearance and adherence to policies are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work with diverse people in a professional, friendly manner.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents by phone, email, text, and in person; build rapport and provide property tours.
• Present available units, close leases, and perform timely follow-up with prospects.
• Inspect and prepare model homes for tours and keep tour paths clean and presentable.
• Maintain knowledge of property features, local schools, shops, and amenities; communicate to prospects.
• Adhere to Fair Housing laws and enter data accurately in Yardi PMS.
