Job summary

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Sage at Franklin Park property in Austin, TX. The role focuses on maintaining occupancy, delivering excellent resident service, and assisting the Community Manager in daily operations.

As a roving Leasing Consultant initially, you will help in other Austin-area communities until the property becomes fully operational, with opportunities for training and growth within a mission-driven affordable housing company.

Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years previous property management experience preferred
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on-call as scheduled by management
