Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join Sage at Franklin Park, a 276-unit community in Austin, TX. Until the property is operational, you will act as a roving Leasing Consultant to support other apartment communities in the greater Austin area.

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Community Manager with the daily operations of the property, focusing on occupancy, resident relations, and leasing activities.

Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years previous property management experience preferred
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred
• Yardi software experience preferred
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on-call as scheduled by management
