Real Estate Personnel is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant in Fort Morgan to welcome prospective residents and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced team environment. You'll process applications, assist with work orders and rent questions, review LIHTC guidelines, and help with rent collection and notices.

This role emphasizes organized, energetic, customer-focused interactions and creating a positive living experience for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment leasing is beneficial.
• LIHTC experience or knowledge is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Positive team-first attitude with great people skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist residents with work orders, rent questions, parking, security deposits, and other community needs.
• Process applications and complete resident recertifications.
• Review applications in accordance with LIHTC guidelines (preferred).
• Assist with rent collection, posting, ledger reconciliations, and notices.
• Help create a positive living experience for every resident.
