Fortis Property Management seeks a Leasing Consultant to lease apartments and maximize rent levels while delivering outstanding customer service. The role involves showing units, quoting prices, following up with prospects, processing applications, and managing renewals to maintain occupancy.

Ideal candidates have leasing/sales experience and familiarity with property management software; strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing/sales preferred.
• Proficiency with property management software.
• MS Office skills (Word, Excel).

Responsabilités

• Show apartments
• Provide information to prospects via telephone and personal visits
• Accurately quote prices
• Follow up on all prospects
• Maintain knowledge of the market and comparable properties
• Ensure all necessary application paperwork is obtained from prospects
• Provide superior customer service
• Collect money (deposits, rents, etc.)
• Prepare and review leases for accuracy
• Maintain effective and aggressive lease renewal program
• Inspect apartments for readiness
• Adhere to Fortis Properties Management policies and procedures
• Distribute move-in packages
• Other duties as delegated
